Farmers Market. Look for us at the Corvallis-Albany Farmers Markets. We're at all three locations. Corvallis and Albany from 9AM-1PM on saturdays, and in Corvallis on wednesdays from 3-7PM. Stop by and take home some of our ground beef. We think it is the best value in town, $3.75/lb for lean, all-natural ground beef.
Freezer Beef. We sell beef by the quarter, half or whole, with the price based on dressed or carcass weight. This is the traditional way that most freezer beef is sold but it can be a little confusing. During the cutting process, a typical carcass will shrink 25-30 percent from loss of bone, fat and other trim. For example, a half weighing 400 lbs. will yield about 280-300 lbs. of cut and wrapped meat. Currently, we charge $2.45/lb. of hanging weight (cutting,wrapping and delivery to the Corvallis-Albany area included). So each lb. of meat you put in your freezer would cost $3.50 or less.
Family Boxes. For those with limited freezer space, our 30 lb. boxes are a good choice. They contain approximately 10 lbs. of steaks, 8 lbs. of roasts and 12 lbs. of ground beef and cost $135. Contact us in advance and you can pick up these boxes at the farmers market.
Ground Beef. We offer 30 lb. boxes of ground beef for $95. Our ground beef is lean and exceptionally high quality. These boxes are available at the farmers market, where you may also purchase smaller quantities, in one-lb packages, for $3.75/lb.
